Refund Policy for Cakes

At Raspberries n Creme, we strive to provide our customers with the finest cakes for their special occasions. To ensure a smooth experience, we have established the following refund policy:

• Alterations and Cancellations: Any changes or cancellations to your cake order must be made at least 36 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time. This allows us adequate time to adjust or halt preparation. Requests made after this timeframe may not be accommodated, and any payments made will be considered non-refundable.
• No Shows: We understand that circumstances can change unexpectedly. However, if you fail to pick up your cake at the designated time without prior notice, we will be unable to offer a refund. Please make sure to double-check your pick-up time to avoid any inconvenience.
• Pick-Up Hours: Our bakery is open for pick-ups from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Tuesday through Saturday. We kindly ask that you arrange your schedule accordingly to ensure a timely pick-up.
